FIRST LOOK: Marc Jacobs 2010 Splash Collection

Hey Glamazons! We don't know about you, but we are dying for this cold, dreary winter weather to hurry up and end here in the city. (Yeah, we enjoy wearing our cute sweaters and knee high boots as much as the next gal but the cold wind and slushy snow make it no fun to go outside!) With that said, we were super excited to get our hands on the newest scents from the Marc Jacobs Splash Collection. Inspired by "the simple pleasures of sitting outside at a patisserie and enjoying the rich and beautifully displayed sweets," these three limited edition splashes will have you craving warm spring weather. Or, maybe you'll just jump on a plane and get to it as we'd love to do if only we weren't so poor.
    Here's the rundown:

    Marc Jacobs Apple
Tart yet refreshing apple juice opens brilliantly with juicy apple, lemon and grapefruit. The unexpected surprise of rosemary, jasmin and soft stellata magnolia playfully join in. At last, warm driftwood, coriander and cardamom gently delight, creating an addictive appetite for more.

    Marc Jacobs Pomegrante
Creates a fresh sensation, capturing the sparkling radiance of an exotic fruit. Vibrant and upbeat, pomegranate exudes an inviting balance of elegance and brightness. This fruity, floral fragrance opens with an enticing burst of mandarin flowers, bergamot, and lemon chiffon, ruhubarb and violet mix with uplifting pomegranate. The dry down is a sugared musk with a blend of vanilla and amber. The inviting pink tint captures the lusciousness of a fresh sun-ripened pomegrante.

    Marc Jacobs Biscotti
Temps the senses with its savory aroma and a touch of citrus. Uniquely delectable and crisp, biscotti is the perfect pick-me-up. This citrus floral treat opens with the tempting aroma of freesia, bergamot and orange flower, the heart of pistachio blossom imparts a sweet richness. Creamy and soft vanilla add balance and a smooth softness. The warm golden tint captures the sensation of taking the first bite of a sweet biscotti cookie.
