I saw the 2008 version of Evelyn Waugh's Brideshead Revisited on my flight to San Francisco. I was not that impressed by the telling of the story but visually it is what you might call a "feast for the eyes". I'm sorry but only clichés come to mind. In a word: sumptuous.
