I've been meaning to post about Angela Spencer since I saw her crochet collars on my friend Rachel Hill's site The New Wave. It's frustrating when you see someone make craft you've been meaning to get started on but never gotten around to, but in this case I know I could never have pulled it off as well as Angela.
